  University Of The Visual and Performing Arts is wonderful University of the Sri Lanka.University life is a Dream.But, I won the Dream.Now I am University student in my UVPA.All student can't go to university.so..I am Studying in the University.It has three Faculty in University.There are Faculty of Dance & Drama, Faculty Of Music,Faculty Of Visual Art.I am in the Faculty of dance and drama.It has many department.Among them Department of Kandyan Dance,Departmant of Low country dance,Department of Sabaragamu dance,Department of Percussion music...etc....We have multi talented lectures and university students.They are very clever.So,I am proud of my University.

Dhol drumming is a very beautiful Culture. This video performance presents by Sri Lanka Youth Special Dancing Team of Maharagama. This Programme is International Youth day. Dhol drumming beats are very enjoyble. It is a very famouse. Because younger genaration are like it. The dhol is loud and festive drum. Dhol comes from the Punjab Region in South Asia. The dhol is played using two sticks. Some of the most common Punjabi dhol rhythms are B hangra. Dhol has been a popular musical instrument in formal and informal dance performances for decades.

I have one sister and one brother and my parents.I live in Aluthgama.My town is Aluthgama and my district is Kalutara.My place is the best.because many ancient places are in my area.
